Transformational Ministries Shuttle Van

Transformational Ministries is an organization that helps our local community locate resources within the community by connecting clients to those resources.  A few of the services we provide is Specialized Habilitation, Community Engagement and Purchasing Goods and Services. These services allow Transformational to work with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) by providing resources and connecting clients to the resources within their specific community. These services allow DDA clients to be engaged in their community, become self-aware of community resources/activities, manage daily tasks, and purchase items they need to become sustainable within their communities. The shuttle van will allow us to provide transportation to all clients and families that will need to be transported to appointments, meetings, community events and help engage clients on any necessities they will need in their journey to become sustainable.
