Yesterday I received the bad news about a car accident involving my Father ,my mother and two sisters . My father is the one with the worst injuries ; he needs a hip replacement . They live in my country, Guatemala and the cost of the hip is 12000 in Quetzales (1574 US) I want to help, but I'm currently in a financial struggle.
