May 26, 2023- UPDATE- Hello, friends and family. First, a huge thank you to everyone who has donated, prayed and reached out to Timothy. His treatment trip to Turkey is booked for June 12th to June 21st. The GoFundMe is sitting just over $10,000, and including the amount donated directly to Tim’s etransfer is totalling just shy of $15,000, which is amazing!

May 5, 2023- Hi, my name is Daniel Giesbrecht and I am raising funds for my brother Timothy. As of December my brother was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. The doctors originally wanted to operate but that meant losing his thyroid and being dependent on medication for the rest of his life. Through careful research and talking with doctors from across Canada and internationally, Timothy has found a procedure called Cryoablation done by a specialist in Turkey which is much less invasive and would allow him to keep his thyroid. This however requires money. This treatment is around $16,000 and then about $4,000 for flight and accommodation while being there for the week of the procedure. We would love your support and anything you can give to help. Please also pray for him that things come together and as he goes for the treatment. He is always willing to help others in anyway he can and I'm hoping we can help him now that he needs help. Thank-you.
