Tim Williams Leukemia Battle
Donation protected
Hello my name is Tim Williams. In January 2016 I was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) and started chemotherapy and biweekly blood transfusions. In January 2017 I was diagnosed with Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) and continued with the chemotherapy and biweekly blood transfusions until a donor could be found. My sister was a 100 percent match and I was admitted to the hospital in April and scheduled for a bone marrow transplant in May. I received the bone marrow transplant on May 9th.
Through all of this I have been unable to work and have exhausted my savings paying for medical cost and normal household bills. I am at a point now that I need to ask for assistance in paying my medical cost and household bills.
My doctor said it could be as much as 6 more months before I will be able to start any type of work because of an immune system that has been compromised.
I thank you in advance for whatever you can give.
