Central Tilba School of Arts Halls urgently need your help!

Central Tilba’s iconic School of Arts Halls are urgently seeking financial assistance from the community. Whilst generous grant funding has covered works to date, we now find the Big Hall’s street facing wall needs to be replaced, which means we have a shortfall of $65,000 to complete the project.

Community owned and managed, the Central Tilba School of Arts Trust (CTSOAT) in collaboration with the Southcoast Health And Sustainability Alliance (SHASA) obtained a grant in 2021 to complete major renovations to upgrade the halls. The project has not been without its challenges: these two heritage buildings needed significant repair and upgrade to meet current fire, safety and accessibility compliance and our builder Hahn and his professional team has skillfully negotiated many unforeseen hurdles along the way. Whilst the majority of the work is now nearing completion, the latest issue to arise has left us with no choice but to seek help from the community to fund the final stage of this vital project.
