My name is Rosie Exon I am a friend of Melanie Carte. I am sure a lot of you are now aware of the devastating news Melanie Carte and her husband Tom shared of the unexpected passing of their inspirational 6yr old son Ruairi.

When they are ready, Tom and Mel will be thinking of ways to commemorate Ruairi and celebrate his life. We are raising some money for the Carte family so they can put it towards this.

A lot of friends and members of the Shepshed community have offered their shoulder of support but I felt that this maybe a way that we can show our support. Donations don’t need to be grand, any amount would be welcomed.
