The Bob and Carolyn Voss Tornado Relief Fund

Hello Everyone! Laura Walker (Voss) here!! 

   As many of you know my parents are the sweetest, happiest, talkative, most generous people and would give the shirt off their backs to absolutely anyone! My dad spent years as a volunteer firefighter and my mother spent many years coaching softball and volleyball in the Belleville area.  They have spent their days, and years giving to the community through firefighting, Belleville Area Little League and coaching at North Middle School. If we could come together as a community/family/friends and help them they would be forever thankful. Their story is below! 

   You may have seen on Facebook that our area took a hard hit from Tornado's on Easter Evening! One of those hits were my parents driveway, fence, and yard! As you can see from the pictures the storm completely wiped out their driveway, property, and some of their fencing! 

   Unfortunately this is the second time in two short years! Insurance refuses to cover the cost of a new driveway, gate and fence, for the second time. As you can imagine this type of replacement is extremely expensive due to materials, equipment and labor and let's face it, they must have a driveway ASAP!! They aren’t able to even get out of their driveway right now! No way in, no way out! Not even for an emergency! I have started this go fund me in hopes we can give my parents some relief. Derek and I went over there and cleaned up their yard and helped them the best we could, but now were reaching out to see if you can help.

   My parents paid around $30k in Oct. 2018 to get it replaced from that storm and now this time with driveway, gate, and fencing they are looking at around $45k. I know I have set the amount at $5,000 for this Go Fund Me which is a great amount of money. And while we may not get there, any assistance will go a long way!
