The Bowyer Family Fund

The Bowyer Family suffered a tragic loss with the sudden passing of their husband, and father of 3 young children. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend to so many. Early Friday morning, Shawn called 911 because he was having an asthma attack. He then went into cardiac arrest. By the time the paramedics got to him, he had no oxygen to his brain for about 7 minutes. After 5 long days, brain scans, and lots of tears, the family had to let him go because his brain injuries were too severe. He leaves behind his wife of 23 years April, his son Darian Bowyer (19), and his daughters Britney Bowyer (16) and Kaya Bowyer (9). The unbelievable amount of love and support during this heartbreaking time is so appreciated. Our hearts are devastated at his passing, but we can still continue to celebrate and memorialize how he impacted our lives through a support fund for his family and their future.  This fund will help the family pay for his medical bills, his funeral, and their bills. All funds donated here will go directly to April and the kids.  April is a stay at home mom and unfortunately Shawn did not have life insurance.
