Ros and Jon are taking part in Sir Chris Hoy's cycling challenge, the Tour de 4, on 7th September. Like Sir Chris, Jon has been living with Stage 4 advanced prostate cancer, (Jon since 2015). We are raising money for the wonderful Arthur Rank Hospice where Jon volunteers by taking Hercules*, the adorable therapy dog, to meet patients and staff. Thank you for your kind donation.
