Hello, we are the Timberwolves Student-Athlete Society at UNBC, from Prince George, BC. We are 100% student-athlete-led organization that's eager to give back to the community. Every year, we thoughtfully select an individual or family in need of financial assistance as the "MVP of the Year." 

This year's recipient is Bianca Encina-Prosser and her beautiful children, Roman and Viviana. They have recently survived the unimaginable pain of domestic violence and are in the early stages of recovery as they hope to rebuild their lives here in Prince George. Following a traumatic incident in July 2025 that left them without a safe place to live, the family has faced enormous emotional and financial challenges. 

During this difficult time, Bianca has been unable to work, yet continues to prioritize the safety, healing, and well-being of her two young children. Her strength and determination have inspired us to rally together with a goal to raise more funds than ever in the organization's history for our annual MVP of the Year campaign. 

However, we cannot do this all alone. We believe that this will take compassion, support, and most importantly, community. Everyone deserves a safe place to return home every day to eat, sleep, and heal. They have lost almost everything, but they have not lost hope. Your generosity can be the turning point that helps this family rebuild from the ground up. 

100% of the proceeds will go directly to Bianca's family. Your donation, no matter the size, is going to be one step toward therapy for their mental health, secure housing, food, and a brighter future for Bianca, Roman, and Viviana.
