Sweet Baby Theo's Recovery Fund

Hello wonderful internet people,

Our best friend Meg owns the greatest wiener dog on the planet, four-year-old Theodore Rocky Roosevelt (affectionately known by those who love him as "TT"). This past week, TT was in an accident that caused a slipped disc in his spine, resulting in emergency spinal surgery with the hopes that he'll be able to walk again. He's such a small (but mighty) boy that a back injury is entirely debilitating. He has a pre-existing gastrointestinal condition that made him ineligible for pet insurance, so all surgical and therapeutic expenses will have to be out of pocket. Meg had no choice but to act immediately in order to prevent Theo from being permanently paralyzed. Between diagnostics, the surgery itself and the physical therapy that will be required for a full recovery, costs add up exponentially.

As anyone who knows him will tell you, he is the sweetest pup -- incredibly full of love, life and licks. He is a best friend to all who meet him, he lives to play fetch and we are so hopeful that he'll be able to not only walk again but chase balls for many years to come.
