Support Linda-Helping with Stroke Medical Expenses
Donation protected
On February 8th, our mother Linda Phelps unexpectedly had a Hemorrhagic Stoke. On her way home from work, she noticed that her face and arm felt numb, and when she tried to grab her purse and get out of the car, she could not grasp her purse. She noticed she was walking slowly, and when she got to the front stairs, she fell as she tried to step up with her left leg. Thankfully our grandma and our neighbor were able to act fast and get medical help to her quickly.
We are asking for your thoughts and prayers and if you can donate, we greatly would appreciate it. Linda does not have insurance and will not be able to work for a while. At this time, she has regained some movement to her left leg and arm, but will need extensive rehab and therapy.
Linda is the rock in our family. She doesn’t think twice about helping us with anything, and never asks anything in return. Our mom is strong, independent and has a heart that could light up a room. We are waiting for the best recovery, but that can only happen with the love and support of everyone.
