Support for Te's EP & Music Video

Dear Community,
Ziiing!! Welcome to my crowdfunding page! If we haven’t yet met, my name is Te “Tee” Martin (they/them). I’m a community organizer, song-keeper, and wild friend of earth; I live on Chochenyo Ohlone land in berkeley, california where I sing in a nightly grassroots neighborhood song circle, work as a nanny for a two-year old friend, and co-organize the Thrive Street Choir, helping to bring community song into local rallies and social justice movements.
I am thrilled to share with you that I’m in the final stages of completing an EP (short music album). Recording and sharing these songs with the world has been a long standing dream. I have 6 songs already in the final stages of production, AND, on May 25th, I will be filming a MUSIC VIDEO with an incredible local videographer for my album’s track, “May This Body Be A Bridge”. This song, which has been sung on the frontlines of justice-movements, is a prayer for liberation, a demand for justice, and a cry for change.
In order to finish the album and produce the music video, I need your help. My goal is to raise $12,000 before the end of May. Will you support the birthing of this vision?
THANK YOU for being a part of this journey with me. I can’t wait to share these songs with you!
With love,
Te
