My name is Yessenia. I am a 33-year-old woman. I was diagnosed with Huntington's Disease in February 2025. Unfortunately, I am not able to work or drive. I am currently staying at a domestic violence shelter after being abused and abandoned by my husband, who took my 3-year-old son. We both have equal rights to our son, but he does not let me see him. I have no support from friends or family. My symptoms are getting worse; there is no cure for my disease. I am slowly passing away, and medical bills are expensive.
