Hello, my name is Heather. As most of you know by now, my dear friend Wendy has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While we are extremely thankful that it was caught early, it’s still news that nobody ever wants to hear.

She has surgery scheduled for February 3rd and then 5 days of radiation (twice per day) about 10 days after surgery, followed up by doctor’s appointments and additional testing/scans. If you know Wendy, you know that she has a huge heart when it comes to others and she’s not one to ask for help, so we are asking for help for her!!

With it being a new year, the health insurance deductible starts over, and she will have a lot of out-of-pocket expenses as she navigates this diagnosis and journey. There is a light at the end of the tunnel to be cancer-free, and we know she will beat this and be back to her normal, healthy self in no time!! With all of that said, anything that you can donate to help Wendy (and Earl) eliminate the financial stress of this would be greatly appreciated.
