Support Trish's Basic Needs in nursing home.

Hey everyone!! My name is Dawn. I'm not the greatest writer, but here goes.

I have been a friend of Trish for a very long time since we worked at State Beauty Supply together. Most of you don't know this but Trish has been placed in a nursing home. She has dementia badly. I don't know if any of you knew that her mother had Alzheimer's. Trish was taken to a hospital and left there all alone and scared. Where she spent over six months in A mental unit (because they have locks on the doors) while they tried to find a nursing home to put her in, and they finally found a nursing home for her.

So now the problem is she has nothing at the nursing home. When I say nothing, I mean, not even underwear. I’m setting up this GoFundMe so we can get her some of her basic needs. Clothes, supplies, a DVD player for her room, and her two favorite movies, which are Roadhouse and Dirty Dancing if you know Trish, you know those two are her favorites. I know movies sound like a silly thing to get her but they make her happy. Trish cries all the time and is very lost. When she turns on these movies, she loses herself and the time. She loves them so much. She will turn them on and lose track of all the sadness that she is experiencing. These movies will make her feel more normal. I go to see her and call her as much as I can. I live in another state which makes it a little harder for me.

I’m asking for a little help to improve her everyday life.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could find it in your heart to help out. If you can spare anything it all adds up. Every dime will be spent on Trish and her well-being in the nursing home. She has nothing and feels very lost and lonely. This will give her a little happiness. You can't imagine how this will help her. I will let her know where all this love comes from when I take her items that we get.
