Save Smokie Bites BBQ!!
Our friends Sky and Johnny need our help.
Due to no fault of their own, Smokie Bites BBQ will be officially closing on New Year’s Day.
The story-
As many of you know, we sold our food truck to reinvest in opening our first brick-and-mortar restaurant as part of an agreement. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected family emergency, our investor had to withdraw on the very day we were supposed to receive the restaurant keys. This setback pushed us back to square one, but we’re adapting, rebuilding, and moving forward.
We’re excited to share that we’ve started fresh with our Smokie Bites Snacks booth at the Lawton Farmers Market on Saturdays.
And of course — if we know you or if you have our number, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to take care of your BBQ needs.
To our community, friends, and supporters:
Yes, this was a devastating situation, but we now see it as a blessing. We’re grateful for the experience, and it’s given us the chance to reflect, reset, and when the time is right, we will come back even better.
Thank you for everything from February until now! Your love, support, kindness, encouragement, and generosity after August with restaurant collabs, kitchens, investment offers, donations, hugs, and prayers have really meant the world to our family.
As we focus on new jobs and new opportunities, we’re carrying your support with us every step of the way.
Much Love❤️

As a Smokie Bites BBQ fan, I started this GoFundMe to raise money for a food truck for them.
