My name is Saleh,

and this is one of the hardest messages I have ever had to write.

I have always been someone who works hard, depends on myself, and avoids asking for help unless there is absolutely no other choice. But right now, life has placed me in a situation that is beyond what I can handle alone.

Over the past several months, I’ve been facing serious health challenges. It started with an enlarged spleen, but after many tests and scans, doctors discovered significant and ongoing swelling in multiple lymph nodes throughout my chest, neck, and other areas of my body. They suspect that the lymphatic system is the underlying issue, but the exact cause is still unknown.

Recently, I was scheduled for a lymph node biopsy — a procedure that would finally help identify what is happening in my body — but the operation had to be stopped immediately because my blood clotting level was dangerously low. Since then, I have been undergoing repeated hospital visits, medical imaging, lab tests, and appointments with specialists. Each appointment brings new questions, more tests, and additional medical bills.

While I’m trying my best to stay strong and keep hope alive, my health condition has made it extremely difficult to work consistently. And as the medical bills increase, so do the everyday expenses — rent, transportation to appointments, food, and basic living needs. I’ve reached a point where managing even the essentials has become a struggle.

I am not asking for help for luxury or comfort. This support will go strictly toward basic living expenses while I undergo necessary medical evaluations and treatment. I just need enough support to make it through this challenging time and to continue helping my family until I am able to stand on my own again.

Asking for help is not easy. Writing this message is not easy. But life sometimes teaches us humility — and reminds us that it is okay to reach out when we truly need help.
