Meet Rocky:

Rocky is a one-year-old, 46 lb. bundle of love and energy with an incredible mix of breeds (American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, English Shepherd) that makes him truly one-of-a-kind! With his soft white coat, expressive eyes, and playful energy, Rocky is sure to steal your heart.

Rocky was found roaming the streets of Texas before being rescued, and he’s now safe in a foster home in Connecticut where he has been since March 2024. We don’t know much about Rocky’s past, but we do know this: he’s a sweet and affectionate boy who just needs time and patience to build trust.

Why Rocky Needs Your Help:

Rocky is hesitant and cautious when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his loving nature truly shines. He adores belly rubs, cuddles, and will happily offer you kisses when he’s ready. He’s highly food-motivated, which makes training easier, but he needs professional guidance to help him build confidence and overcome his fears.

To give Rocky the best chance at a happy and secure future, we are raising funds to enroll him in professional training. This will help him gain the skills and confidence he needs to thrive in a forever home. Rocky has shown so much potential, and with the right support, he can truly blossom.
