Support Christina Robb, Displaced by Fire

We’re reaching out to our community to help support a long-time resident of Elora, Christina Robb, who’s facing a truly difficult moment. After a fire in her apartment complex, she’s been displaced from the home she’s lived in for 23 years. Right now, she’s unable to return due to smoke damage and uncertain timelines, and she’s facing the challenge of finding new housing in a market that’s both expensive and scarce.

As a retired senior living on a very modest income, the costs of starting over and the sudden increase in rent are overwhelming. This GoFundMe aims to help her cover those increased housing costs and replace essential belongings like clothing, daily necessities, and the basic comforts she needs to maintain her well-being. Having a secure home environment is especially important for her health and stability.

We know another resident from the building has a fundraiser going as well, and we fully support all efforts to help everyone affected. This particular fund is just a personal way to make sure she has the direct support she needs.

Any contribution, large or small, will help show that we stand together as a community in times of crisis.

Thank you for any support you can offer.
