Support Nancy's Family with End of Life Costs

Donation protected
My name is Sarah Steele. I am the wife of Craig Steele, who is Nancy's Nephew. I am hosting this GoFundMe on behalf of the family. She is Survived by her siblings Bonnie, Becky, and John. Preceded in death by her sister Debbie, her 2 children.

Nancy was a woman whose life was woven together with threads of strength, love, and quiet determination. As the oldest of five siblings, she naturally took on the role of protector and guide, always putting family first. Her love for them was unwavering, and as a widow to a fireman, she faced life’s challenges with grace and resilience, raising her three children on her own. Her family was her heart, and every decision she made, every sacrifice she gave, was done with them in mind.

In her spare time, she found peace in the outdoors, tending to her garden with a nurturing touch that mirrored her caring nature. Her hands, always busy, would shift between the soil, a crochet hook, and the pages of a good book, finding solace in the rhythm of each. Whether she was crafting blankets to keep her family warm or tracing her ancestry through old records, Nancy found joy in creating, learning, and sharing her discoveries.

Her love for archery mirrored her approach to life: focused, steady, and always aimed at what mattered most. And when it came to family game nights, she was in her element—whether it was a strategy game or a board game of chance, she brought laughter and joy to those around her, always with a competitive but loving spirit.

A devoted employee for many years at UPS and Austin White Lime, she balanced work and home with a dedication that earned her the respect of all who knew her. Her life was an example of resilience, of making the most of every moment, and of building a legacy rooted in love and perseverance.

Though she is no longer with us, Nancy's memory lives on in the gardens she nurtured, the stories she shared, and the family she cherished. She was a woman who loved deeply, lived fully, and taught us all what it means to be strong, loving, and steadfast.

Nancy had recently moved back to Texas from Kentucky and had very little when she passed. Her family is in desperate need of help for end of life expenses. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help in any way that you can.
