Please support the Sanchez family during their tragic time. On Monday, January 19th, 2026, a fire broke out in their apartment complex, leaving 32 families without a home or belongings. The family, consisting of the mom Monica and the daughter Anaisa, lost everything in the fire and were left with only the clothes they were wearing. Along with everything else, they also lost their three adorable cats, Coco, Quesito, and Spooky, the man of the house. They brought joy and light to their lives and left a hole that could never be filled.

Unfortunately, this tragedy happened during the worst snowstorm of the year, and they were left without any coats, boots, hats, gloves, or scarves. No food, no beds, no blankets, or any basic necessities.

They had a beautiful home filled with memories and furnishings accumulated over the years. Monica came to this country over 30 years ago, and in that time, built her life here. It was filled with things that truly made a cramped 2-bedroom apartment feel like the world. With this accident, they both have been forced to take unpaid time off from work. The mental anguish and trauma is something that won't end after a couple of days off. What took a lifetime to build was taken away suddenly overnight.
