He’s our “go-to” guy — the first to volunteer, the one who goes above and beyond without being asked, and someone we can always count on. His knowledge, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others make him an essential part of our team.

Beyond his skills, what really stands out is his attitude. Mike approaches every day with positivity, humor, and a huge heart. He’s the kind of person who can make a tough day easier with a laugh or a word of encouragement.

Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father. His wife and kids have been his biggest supporters, standing by him through every moment. Now, it’s our turn to stand by him.
