My name is Joaquin F San Nicolas(AKA)Kin, i am 61 years old i live in Agana Heights, i am married to Vanceleen and have three children Kimberly, Kollin and Khloe. Back in March 2025 i had a cardiologist appoitment to do a stress test. The results from the stress test shows i needed a stent procedure done and was scheduled for April 9 2025 went to the stent surgury, found out that i had multiple blocked arteries of 90-95% blockage and now i need a triple heart bypass which i'm gonna have to get that done off island.
