Support James Milner's Critical Surgeries

Hi, my name is Marc Andrepont. I’m reaching out to family, friends, and anyone who can help my brother, James Milner. Everyone who knows him recognizes him for the good-natured man he is. He is retired from law enforcement, where he dedicated 27 years of his life to helping people in his community. Despite being shot in the line of duty, he continued working in law enforcement to provide for his family. After retirement, he became disabled from an injury sustained while repairing his property after Hurricane Laura and is no longer able to work.

Since then, he has been diagnosed with five medical conditions and is currently in need of three surgeries for ICAD/Vasculitis/Angioplasty to prevent further loss of brain function; spinal surgery; and cholesteatoma (surgery to prevent further bone decompensation in his ears, which, if left untreated, can lead to meningitis). He also suffers from ankylosing spondylitis and secondary polycythemia - PV (blood cancer).

He has tried to keep up with his medical expenses – both personally and with the help of close friends and family. He is no longer able to fund his ongoing care and is reaching out to family, friends, and the community he loves for assistance. Any help would be appreciated.

Your thoughtful donation will be used for medical expenses related to his upcoming surgeries, treatments, diagnostic testing, etc. Two of his surgeries are required to be performed in another city due to no local surgeons being able to perform the surgeries he requires.
