My name is Michelle, and I've created this GoFundMe on behalf of one of my very best friends, Jaimee Jewell.

After a few months of persistent fatigue and unexplained pain, Jaimee went to the ER, only to be sent urgently to a UPMC hospital in Pittsburgh where further testing revealed cancer that had spread to multiple sites.

All of this happened a week before Christmas. Jaimee, her daughter, and her fiancé spent the holidays in the hospital, navigating an unexpected and devastating stage 4 cancer diagnosis.

Jaimee is home now. In the coming weeks, she will be receiving radiation, chemotherapy, and possible surgery. She is no longer able to work.

Money raised from this GoFundMe will go directly to Jaimee to support her and her family during this difficult time with things like utilities, bills, food, and transportation costs related to treatments.
