Help Mrs. Anasuyamma Pothugunta Fight Cancer

I’m writing this with a heavy heart, but also with hope.

My friend Rajendra Prasad Pothugunta has always been the person who shows up when someone needs help. Now it’s his family who needs support, and I’m reaching out on their behalf.

His mother, Mrs. Anasuyamma Pothugunta is 64 years old. She is a wife, a mother, who means everything to her family. Recently, she was diagnosed with a serious form of cancer affecting her liver and Lungs. After several tests and a biopsy, doctors confirmed that it is adenocarcinoma, and that she needs to begin chemotherapy and immunotherapy as soon as possible to have the best chance.

Since her diagnosis in July 2025, he spent over $20,000 and further treatment will cost more than $40,000 he spent savings, loans, everything. Now, he is standing on the edge, asking for help as a son trying to save his mother's life.

Cancer treatment is expensive, and the costs add up quickly hospital visits, scans, lab work, doctor consultations, medications, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and the care she needs to get through it all. Even with their best efforts, the family simply cannot manage this alone.

That’s why we are asking for help.

All of the money raised here will go toward Mrs. Anasuyamma Pothugunta's treatment and related medical expenses. This includes her chemotherapy and immunotherapy, hospital and doctor fees, tests and medications, and the care she needs during and after treatment.
