Support for Nahom Kinfe's Family
It is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the passing of our dear loved one, Nahom Kinfe, on August 21, 2024. Nahom passed away unexpectedly after a health emergency at only 36 years old. Nahom leaves behind his beloved partner, Lauren, and their two young sons, Luca and Kai, who are now facing this heartbreaking loss.
Nahom was a dedicated father and a loving partner, always putting his family first. His greatest joy was spending time with Lauren, Luca and Kai, and he was deeply committed to providing his family with a bright future. Nahom had dreams of sharing his love of sport with his boys, especially basketball. He was an active member of his community, serving as a basketball coach and mentor to many young athletes. Nahom’s passion for sports was infectious; he was a lifelong Lakers fan and looked up to legends like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, who inspired him both on and off the court.
Beyond his love for sports, Nahom was known for his kind heart, generosity, and unwavering dedication to his family and friends. He always went out of his way to help those in need and was a source of strength and support for everyone around him. Nahom’s sudden passing has left a tremendous void in the lives of all who knew him, and his absence will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and the community.
In the wake of this tragic loss, we are raising funds to help Nahom’s family with the immediate expenses related to his funeral, as well as the ongoing bills and financial challenges that come with such an unexpected event. Lauren, Luca, and Kai are facing an incredibly difficult time, and any support you can offer will help alleviate some of the burdens they are experiencing.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and provide much-needed support to Nahom’s family as they navigate this challenging time. We are incredibly grateful for any contribution you can make, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser with others. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for keeping Nahom’s memory alive in your hearts.
