Support for Marissa, Sandra, and Alisha's Memorial

We are heartbroken and devastated to share the tragic news of the loss of a beloved mother, grandmother, and aunt who were taken from us, leaving our 5-year-old niece Winter, far too soon in a senseless act of violence. This tragedy has left a tremendous impact on our family and community. We are reaching out for your support during this difficult time.

The family we lost were cherished individuals who brought joy and love to everyone around them. We lost a devoted mother (Marissa Leara Rowell), who was a guiding light for her five-year-old daughter, a loving first-time grandmother (Sandra Gayle Fogarty) who waited her whole life to have a granddaughter in her life, and a devoted aunt (Alisha Lael Fogarty) who was crazy for her niece and loved spending hours playing games with her and being by her side like a sister. This child now faces a future without the warmth and loving support of her family, and we are committed to ensuring she receives the care and love she needs to heal from this traumatic incident. This tragedy leaves behind their 5 year old daughter Winter, Sandra's brothers Junior, Kerry, and Steve Hallmark, Alisha and Marissa's Father Ed Fogarty, their cousins Hailey, Alex, Ryan, Steven, Jenny, and Dane, as well their Aunt Linda, Aunt Annette, and Aunt Robin.

We are seeking donations to help cover the cremation expenses for the three family members we lost, as well as attorney fees to assist in managing any loose ends and support the child needs. The costs associated with this tragedy feel so overwhelming and any contribution, no matter how small, will help lay them to rest and allow us to process their passing. Your generosity will help us honor their memory and provide a proper farewell, as well as ensure we can advocate in the best interest of this child who is now without her family.
