Manny was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, brother, uncle, and loyal friend. He was deeply proud to be a United States Army Vietnam veteran and carried that sense of service throughout his life. For more than 40 years, Manny dedicated his career to helping others—especially his fellow veterans—find meaningful employment, a mission that brought him great purpose and pride.
He was a hardworking man who took great pride in everything he did. Manny was also a faithful member of the Knights of Columbus and an active servant in his community. He had a joyful spirit and a love for music—when he had a microphone in front of him, he would sing and sing, sharing that joy with everyone around him. In his early years, at age 14, he found and developed an interest in music. At age 16, with his band, he would start to play at party events.
In his latter years, one of his favorite songs to sing, though it be simple, he would sing it very charismatically in his own unique way, was 'Happy Birthday.' He would do so for anyone, just to make them smile and feel special on their special day. Manny was also a devoted USC and Los Angeles Dodgers fan who never missed a game and followed every player with passion and pride. Above all else, he loved his family with all his heart. ♥️
Manny passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on January 3, 2026. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gina; his sons, Martin, Emmanuel, and Michael; and his daughter, Veronica. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his service, dedication, joyful spirit, and unwavering love.
