My friend and coworker has been a constant presence in my life for years, always offering kindness and support to those around her. Recently, she and her husband were involved in a devastating accident when a tractor trailer truck, making an illegal u-turn, struck them head on. Tragically, her husband was killed on impact, and she was left severely injured and in critical condition. Her husband was her rock, and now she faces a long and difficult recovery without him by her side.

As she begins the journey to heal, she is not only coping with the immense grief of losing her partner, but also the overwhelming challenges of medical bills, ongoing care, and daily living expenses. She will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, and the loss of her husband's income has made this time even more uncertain.
