My name is Elizabeth, owner of FG's Variety & Sandwich Shop in the heart of New Britain, CT. Since opening our doors, we've become more than just a sandwich shop. We've been a safe, clean, pet-friendly space where people can grab great food and essentials while feeling right at home. We're proud to support our community through winter coat drives, Toys for Tots, and food donations for families in need. Thanks to our loyal customers, FG's was recently honored as one of the best places to visit in New Britain 2025 by Business Rate for our outstanding customer service with online reviews.

This summer, rising costs and inflation have hit us hard. Like many small businesses, we're fighting to stay strong, and we're asking our community to stand with us. We're hoping to raise $10,000 to replace and upgrade essential kitchen equipment, renovations and repairs, invest in advertising to grow our reach, and cover overhead costs to stay open and consistent.
