In this world when life knocks you down, you're supposed to get back up right? For Evan though, getting back up hasn't been as easy or nearly as simple as it would be for most people.

Evan is suffering from congestive heart failure, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, and is losing his vision in one eye while being fully blind in his other. His struggles have been hard for our family to watch, but trying to make sure hes comfortable, safe, and has all of his medications has proven to be a battle- both against his medical issues and our families physical and financial limitations.

We are asking for this money to help get Evan a new electric motorized wheelchair, and money for a ticket for his young daughter to visit him before he passes.
