I am so excited to share that I have been given an opportunity to join my church, Journey Church in Cottonwood on a Mission Trip to Tijuana, Mexico April 26-30, 2026

I truly feel blessed to be part of this volunteer team. I will be attending with 11 other members of the church and the pastor. We’ll be serving alongside long-time missionaries Keith and Maya Durkin and their organization MexicoRED in Tijuana.

During this trip, our team will serve in Tijuana’s Zona Norte district, ministering to children, individuals experiencing homelessness, and victims of human trafficking. We will help lead children’s ministry programs, feed the homeless, pray with those in need, participate in worship services on the streets, and assist with renovations that support ongoing ministry efforts. I’m humbled to be able to come alongside what God is already doing through this ministry and through the local community.

This opportunity means a lot to me, not only to be of service on such an impactful mission but also because it is my very first mission. I feel honored to be serving with this team. I’m trusting God as I say yes, and I’m grateful for the chance to love and serve others in this capacity.

I am raising funds to help cover the cost for the trip which is $550. Anything in excess will go towards the team and the mission so that finances don't prevent anyone who has been called to go.
