Dabryn Tanner is a 31-year-old young woman currently fighting for her life in the ICU. She was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia on August 27, 2024, and has endured nothing but one complication after another since.

She was transferred to Indianapolis by life line with a slim chance of survival. After initial evaluations, her family was advised to “let her go.” But letting her go was not an option; so with many, many prayers and the loving support of her family and friends, she is slowly and painstakingly making her way back.

She has a long, difficult road ahead with multiple surgeries to endure, placements at a long-term acute care hospital until off of life support, and then yet another at a neurological rehabilitation facility. However, with the power of prayer, Dabryn’s will to live, and the continuous support of her family and friends, she is taking small steps to recovery each day now.
