Our momma, Chancey Mussial, has always been a fighter in life and spirit. As a single mother, she raised two daughters while putting herself through college and working full-time. She is currently a full-time nursing student in an accelerated paced program, juggling three jobs while dedicating her life to caring for others. She has been such an inspiration and a story of perseverance.

After a visit to the ER, what was thought to be something minor turned out to be something quite major and unexpected. Our momma found out that she has ovarian cancer. The bloating that would not go away, was in fact her right ovary. Our mother has experienced some tough times in life but has always been stronger than anything thrown her way. We know that this is simply another chapter in her book, but unfortunately, we are unsure of how long this chapter will last. We are excited for when this chapter ends, and she can be surfing in some tropical paradise on the other side of the world.

Chancey Mussial is a daughter, mother, grandma, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend who needs our help. She is one strong woman about to go through the fight of her life. Together we can help her through one of the most intense and scary times. We are all in her corner helping her fight this battle.

Our goal with creating this GoFundMe page is to help relieve her financial burdens. We just want her to be able to focus on healing and planning her future for when she wins this battle! Despite her resilience, this diagnosis has brought overwhelming medical expenses, making it difficult for her to continue school and working while undergoing treatment. Our family is doing everything we can to support her, but we need your help.
