Hi everyone,

This isn’t easy for me to ask, but I’m reaching out because my pet, Buddy, urgently needs medical care and I can’t afford the full cost on my own.

A few days ago Buddy went to bark at the mailman as he normally does and when he jumped on the couch to look and bark out the window he jumped backed down and was suddenly limping and not using his back left leg. So I took him to the vet the following day and after X-rays determined he had a broken knee cap in his back left leg as well as a torn ACL in his right leg. Without these surgeries Buddy’s pain could worsen and make his daily habits a struggle.

The estimated cost is 8k which is more than I can manage right now. I’ve already had help with paying his 1,000$ vet bill to get checked out. And can not cover what they are asking for surgeries.

I love this pet more than I can put into words. He’s such a sweet loving and caring pug. He loves going on walks but also really loves his naps that he takes with his kitty siblings. He’s family, and I’m trying everything I can to make sure he can get what he needs.
