SUPPORT BRIAN AND HIS FAMILY DURING STROKE RECOVERY

On Wednesday, March 26th, Brian, a loving husband, father, son, and brother, suffered a stroke. Fortunately, Brian is making great progress towards recovery, but he still faces a long road ahead. He will be in a rehabilitation hospital for at least a month and much is still unknown about what support he will need in the future. At this time, Elissa is staying in an apartment near the hospital with their two-month old son to be close to Brian and support his recovery. Family members are taking care of Elissa and Brian's five-year-old daughter at their home over an hour away while she is still in school. During this incredibly difficult time, expenses are piling up for medical bills, housing, transportation, parking, night nurse (so Elissa can get some much needed sleep), and more.
