Our sweet girl, Amy, may be small, but she is truly mighty. She’s always been a little protector: alert, loyal, and brave. She adores snacks and treats and somehow always knows when it’s time for one. Most of all, she’s a big cuddler who lives for naps, affection, and being close to her people.
Recently, Amy was diagnosed with two liver tumors. After many vet visits, tests, and heartbreaking conversations, we’ve learned that her condition is extremely aggressive and not something that can be cured. She is declining at a very rapid rate. Our focus now is making sure her remaining time is filled with comfort, love, and dignity.
Over the past weeks, we’ve incurred significant veterinary expenses for diagnostics, medications, and supportive care. We are also preparing for humane end-of-life care so she does not suffer. These costs add up quickly, and while we would do anything for her, the financial burden has been heavy during an already emotional time.
If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean so much to us. Your support will go directly toward her medical care and helping us give her the peaceful goodbye she deserves. Even if you can’t contribute financially, your kindness, thoughts, and shares are deeply appreciated.
We will be saying goodbye to her Saturday, January 24th. Thank you for loving her with us.
Venmo and zelle donations are also accepted if you prefer a different method.
