Support Ajay Nirmul's Recovery

This fund is for my cousin, Ajay Nirmul. He was involved in a devastating motorcycle crash in Texas. We are all thankfull and amazed that he's still alive, but his injuries and their impact are severe.

He broke multiple vertebrae in his neck and fractured his pelvis. He has been hospitalized three times so far and cannot move far on his own. There are rods and fused vertebrae in his neck requiring a neck brace, and he has had complications and infection of the pelvic fracture leading to internal damage and additional surgeries.

He was working full time before the accident, but hasn't received any benefits or accommodations from his employer. He doesn't have prior health insurance, and state coverage in TX is very minimal.

We are asking for help to cover on-going medical expenses and living expenses while in recovery. We are trying to get disability assistance for likely permanent loss of function.
