I recently came across a post about a local 8-year-old girl who has dreamed of having her own gaming PC. She’s been saving for two years and has managed to put together $200. Her mom would love to surprise her with one for her birthday this Friday, but as a single mother of four, she simply can’t afford it right now.

Growing up, my mom always took my little brother and me shopping during the holidays to pick out gifts for kids who had less. That memory came to mind instantly, and I felt called to help. I’ve already made a donation, and now we’re just $500 away from being able to order everything needed to build her a full gaming setup.
