Struggling mother needs transmission and windshield replaced

I'm creating this gofundme in hopes that my sister Rebecca can get some help. Recently the transmission in her car went out as well as her windshield being cracked and it is her only vehicle. She has 3 young children with one of them being in school. They are too close to the school for the bus but with winter setting in, walking in below freezing temps with a toddler is not safe. As she doesn't have another vehicle she is also at risk of losing her job with trying to depend on others for a ride to work. This is her only income and would be detrimental for her and her children. Through one local mechanic shop she has been quoted above 1000 dollars for replacing her transmission with a used one. The windshield would be more than 200 dollars. I've set the goal amount to 2000 dollars with the hope that it would cover all parts and labor costs as well as make up for some money lost from not being able to get to work. Anything helps.
