Stolen E bike on Mother’s Day

My name is Tevin Chestnut. I’m from the Bronx, NYC. Recently, I purchased a brand new e-bike with all the money I was able to save over a year. I spent every last dollar on this e-bike with hopes of it helping me make more money, being that I am a bike courier.

On Mother’s Day, while enjoying a day with my mother, my bike was stolen from in front of my building, right off the lock. This has been a huge hardship on me, being that it was my main source of income. I only had the bike for 3 days before it was stolen. I made a police report and everything, but chances of my bike being returned are very slim.

I really need help being that this is my way of living. I spent all my money on this bike to have it taken from me. I never ask anyone for help and I never thought I would do anything like this, but I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to make any stupid decisions. Any donations would help and would be highly appreciated.

I am a hardworking young man, but without my bicycle, I am lost. It hasn’t even been paid off, so I’m stuck with payments I can’t make because I have no wheels.
