A Little Halloween Magic for a Very Special Cause ❤️

Help us make a difference for the children of Ysgol Llanon School!

Hello everyone!

We're Steve and Rachael, and for the past six years, we've been transforming our home and garden in Llanon, into a spectacular Halloween experience, all with one simple aim — to bring smiles to people's faces while raising money for worthwhile causes.

What started as a display to simply entertain the children of our estate, has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined.

Each year, we spend countless hours planning, designing, building and creating our Halloween Spooktacular Garden Display. From animatronics and moving characters to spooky lighting and spectacular projections, it's a real labour of love.

But for us, the greatest reward isn't the display itself — it's seeing the excitement on children's faces, hearing the laughter and knowing that something we love doing can make a positive difference to others.

Over the years, we've been fortunate enough to raise money for several wonderful charities, thanks to the kindness and generosity of everyone who has supported us.

❤️ This Year, We're Doing It for Our Local School!

For Halloween 2026, we've chosen a cause particularly close to our community.

We're raising money for Ysgol Llanon School!

Our local school plays such an important part in village life, helping to educate, inspire and nurture the next generation.

We would love to give something back by raising funds that can help support the school and benefit the children who attend.

Schools do so much for our youngsters, often with limited resources, and we believe that even the smallest contribution can help make a meaningful difference.

These children are the future of our community, and we'd love your help in giving them a little something extra.

What Can You Expect?

Our garden will once again be transformed into a Halloween wonderland, packed with spooky surprises!

We have three full-front-of-house Halloween projection systems, bringing our home to life with incredible animated scenes.

Our garden will also be filled with ghosts, ghouls, skeletons, creepy characters, moving animatronics, atmospheric lighting and plenty of homemade creations.

It's an experience we've worked incredibly hard to put together, and we want everyone, young and old, to be able to enjoy it.

There is absolutely no admission charge.

All we ask is that, if you enjoy our display and are in a position to do so, please consider making a donation towards our fundraising appeal.

Weather permitting, our display will be running on:

Friday 30th October 2026

SATURDAY 31ST OCTOBER — HALLOWEEN NIGHT!

Sunday 1st November 2026

From dark until late each evening.

69 Stad Craig Ddu, Llanon, SY23 5AQ

You'll find us along Heol y Môr, the road leading down towards Llanon beach.

Our display is easily visible from the A487 and when approaching Llanon from the Aberaeron direction.

Please note: As our display involves outdoor electronics, projections and delicate animatronics, everything is dependent on suitable weather conditions. Unfortunately, strong winds and heavy rain may mean we may have to cancel or alter an evening's display.

We know that times are financially difficult for many families, and we completely understand that not everyone is in a position to donate.

But imagine what we could achieve if everyone who enjoys our Halloween display, sees our photographs or simply reads this appeal could spare just a pound or two.

More Than Just a Halloween Display

For us, this has never been about simply decorating a house for Halloween.

It's about bringing people together.

It's about creating memories for children and families.

It's about putting a smile on someone's face.

And most importantly, it's about turning something we love doing into something that can genuinely benefit others.

If our Halloween Spooktacular can bring a little happiness to our visitors AND raise some much-needed funds for the children of Ysgol Llanon, then every hour spent building, fixing, wiring and preparing our display will have been worthwhile.
