If you know Jillian, you already know she’s one of the strongest, most grounded, most quietly fierce humans on this planet. She’s the person who shows up for everyone else with food, wisdom, humor, and that steady presence that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

Jillian has been fighting breast cancer for the past few years with a level of courage that honestly blows me away. She walked through chemo, surgery, and proton radiation with grit and grace. Since her diagnosis on April 15th, 2024, she has had 6 surgeries, 3 biopsies, 3 MRIs, 17 X-rays, 6 ultrasounds, 3 mammograms, 2 PET scans, 1 echo, 2 ECGs, 8 CT scans, thousands of supplements, hundreds of injections, 14 chemotherapy sessions (56 hours), 16 radiation sessions (32 hours + 64 hours driving to appointments), more lab draws than I can count, multiple consultations for 2nd and 3rd opinions, and countless hours in the car and waiting rooms.

And in October 2025, she finally got the news she had been fighting so hard for:

No evidence of disease. Remission.

She grabbed onto that moment with both hands. She focused on healing using whole foods, movement, meditation, grounding, acupuncture, Reiki, HBOT, sauna, and supplements. Her focus was on all the things that helped her rebuild her strength and her spirit.

But cancer doesn’t always stay quiet.

In January 2026, her first scan after remission showed a small lung nodule. It was tiny, but enough to shake her. Still, she stayed hopeful and kept doing everything she could to support her body.

Then came May 2026, and the news none of us wanted. The nodule had doubled in size, and new ones had appeared. Her doctors at Regions and Mayo both agreed it was concerning. Because the nodules are still too small to biopsy, she’s stuck in this awful “wait and see” place, which is torture for someone like Jillian who needs to do something, not sit still.

Even though her doctors won’t officially say the words without a biopsy, they’ve told her the truth:

This is likely metastatic breast cancer. Stage 4. The focus from the doctors' perspective shifts from cure to more time.

But Jillian isn’t someone who gives up.

From the beginning of her cancer journey, she’s been researching integrative cancer clinics. Places that treat the whole person, not just the tumor. After months of learning and weighing options, she made the brave decision to go to a three-week integrative cancer program in Mexico that includes:
