Help Darby Yonce Keep his fight for his Daughter.
My name is Tim Gaestel, and I’m reaching out on behalf of one of my closest friends and brothers-in-arms, Darby Yonce. Darby and I served together in the Army in the 1-319th AFAR
, 82nd Airborne, and I can tell you firsthand—he’s one of the most loyal, selfless, and dedicated people I’ve ever known. Today, he needs our help.
Darby is facing one of the toughest battles of his life—not on a battlefield, but in a courtroom. He’s fighting to remain in his daughter’s life. His ex-wife is seeking to remove some of his parental rights, and without proper legal representation, Darby risks losing the ability to be the present, loving father he strives to be every single day.
Darby lives a modest life. He’s not asking for handouts—just a chance to stand up for his right to be a father. Like many veterans, he faces life’s challenges with humility and grit, but legal battles are expensive. A good lawyer is essential, and that’s where you come in.
If you believe, like I do, that every child deserves a dad who shows up, cares deeply, and fights for them—please consider donating to help Darby cover the legal costs he’s facing. Every dollar goes toward keeping a devoted father in his daughter’s life where he belongs.
Thank you for your support, your generosity, and for standing beside a man who has stood for so much.
