SRC X FREETRAIN RUN DOWN MENTAL HEALTH

Over 180 people attended a 5AM run as a family. Each one having there reasons to why they did it. Each one of them having there own struggles and battles.

That’s a 180 people who I have helped in there own battles and struggles.

Mental health is something that doesn’t just affect the members of the SRC family. It affects everyone in its own way.

There will be people who will be reading this that have gone through battles that have won and continue to fight everyday and there will be people reading this that have lost family and friends due to mental health battles.

I want the SRC family to give back to Calm a charity that have helped so many people with there battles.

I need your help! Friday 19th August 2022! Freetrain and I have teamed up to create something never done before to give back and to inspire more people to open and talk about there problems!

For every person that’s turns up at 05:00AM we will receive £1 off Freetrain! Whether you Walk, Jog or Run WE NEED YOUR HELP!

£1 may not seem a lot but we were able to get 180 people to attend to better themselves!

I’m asking you to join to help better the life of someone who’s struggling and better yet better your own life with your own struggles whatever they might be.
