ሰላም ኣምላኽ ምስ ኩሉኻትኩም ይኹን ኣብ መላእ ዓለም እትርከቡ ኣሕዋትን ኣሓትን። ኣነ ዮርሳሌም ኣበዶም ኪዳነ ዝተበሃልኩ ተቕማጢት ስዊዘርላንድ ኮይነ፣ ንጽህቲ ኣበዶም ኪዳነ ዝተባህለት ኣብ ኢትዮጵያ እትርከብ ኣደ ክልተ ቆልዑ ሓፍተይ ብዓልቤታ ብዘውረደላ ሓደጋ፣ ካብ ራብዓይ ደርቢ ብምጽዳፋ፣ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ኣካላታ ከም ሳንቡእ፣ ኩሊትን ጫፍ ዓንዲ ሕቖን ብኸቢድ ተሃስያ ካብ መዓናጡኣ ንታሕቲ ዘሎ ኣዕጽምቲ‘ውን ኩሉ ተሰባቢሩ ንሓካይም ፈተና ኮይንዎም ኣሎ። ኣብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ ዝርከቡ ሓካይም ንገለ ክፋሉ ባዕሎም ክፍትንዎ እቲ ዝተረፈ ግን ናብ ደገ ከይዳ ዝለዓለ ሕክምና ክትገብር ሓቢሮምና። ንጽህቲ ሓንቲ ጓል 2 ዓመትን ሓደ ወዲ 5 ወርሒ ህጻንን ዘለዉዋ ኣደ እያ። ክቡራን ኣሕዋትን ኣሓትን፣ ንሕና ስድራቤት፣ ኮነ መቕርብ ንጽህቲ፣ ክሳብ ሕጂ ብዘለና ዓቕሚ ክንቃለስ ጸኒሕና ኣለና። እቲ ዝለዓለ ብመጥባሕትታት ዝተሰነየ ሕክምና ግን ገና ብሕጂ ስለዝኾነ፣ ወጻኢታት ሕክምና ክንክእሎ ኣይከኣልናን። ስለዚ ኣብ መላእ ዓለም ዘለኹም ኣሕዋትን ኣሓትን ሓገዝኩም ከተበርክቱልና ብፍቕሪ ኣምላኽ ንምሕጸነኩም።

God's peace be upon all of you, brothers and sisters around the world. My name is Jerusalem Abedom Kidane, and I reside in Switzerland. My sister, Ntshti Abedom Kidane, lives in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and is a mother of two children: a 2-year-old daughter and a 5-month-old son. She fell from the fourth floor due to an accident caused by her husband. Her internal organs, such as her lungs, kidneys, and the tip of her spinal cord, were severely damaged. All the bones from her intestines downwards were broken, and the doctors found it beyond their capacity to treat. Based on the instructions given by the doctors, they can only attempt to treat some of her injuries, but they informed us that they cannot do anything about the rest and that she needs to go abroad for higher medical treatment. Dear brothers and sisters, we, her family, friends, and relatives, have been struggling with our current capacity until now. However, with our limited capacity, we could not even cover the internal medical aid she received. Now, she has many major surgeries ahead, and it is beyond our capacity. Meine Schwester Nitshti Abedom Kidane lebt in Addis Abeba, Äthiopien, und ist Mutter zweier Kinder: einer zweijährigen Tochter und eines fünf Monate alten Sohnes. Sie stürzte aus dem vierten Stock, verursacht durch einen Unfall ihres Mannes. Ihre inneren Organe, wie Lunge, Nieren und das Ende ihrer Wirbelsäule, wurden schwer verletzt. Alle Knochen ab dem Darm abwärts waren gebrochen, und die Ärzte konnten ihr nicht mehr helfen. Laut ärztlicher Anweisung können sie nur versuchen, einige ihrer Verletzungen zu behandeln. Sie teilten uns mit, dass sie für den Rest nichts tun können und dass sie für eine weiterführende medizinische Behandlung ins Ausland reisen muss. Liebe Brüder und Schwestern, wir, ihre Familie, Freunde und Verwandten, haben bis jetzt mit unseren begrenzten Mitteln gekämpft. Doch selbst die medizinische Grundversorgung konnten wir mit unseren begrenzten Möglichkeiten nicht finanzieren. Nun stehen ihr viele große Operationen bevor, und wir sind finanziell nicht in der Lage, sie zu unterstützen.
