Spartan Run for Dylan

Tax deductible
Histiocytosis is a rare disorder of cancer in which too many histiocytes, which are white blood cells, build up in tissues and organs. My younger cousin has been suffering from this specific cancer recently and is not only fighting through it but has beaten cancer's butt two times over previously. This is only another obstacle he will climb over triumphantly.

Dylan Askin is my inspiration in going about life, and whenever I feel like complaining about a situation, I am in I remember him. I could never compare to the warrior this young kid is; a young man who is not yet 15 and yet has the bravery of a man at war. That is because he is a man at war, he fights cancer each and every time and has not lost his battle yet, and this won't stop him from living a full and rich life. This kid gives me motivation to be better and to fight any hardships in my life with a smile; even when faced with a relapse all he had to say was "Im going to kick cancer's bottom" (pardon the brit). I love my little cousin and his bravery.

That is why both myself and my best friend Zee will be taking part in the Spartan 10k at Big Bear in May in an effort to stand with Dylan on his battle, but also alongside all other kids like him who have to suffer such an unfair time in their childhood. So I hope you all can give just even a dollar to help an organisation that funds the research which continously has helped saved my cousin and so many other kids like him.
