Snak Shak Renovation Full Steam Ahead

The Snak Shak, a favorite gathering spot and local treasure of the village square, is in need of some TLC to continue serving as the hub of our community. We’re reaching out to ask for your support in renovating this cherished spot so it can thrive for years to come.

The Snak Shak has been a staple in our village for 3 generations, providing a welcoming place for us all to gather, catch up, and enjoy delicious treats. Kaz has been a fixture in our community running the Snack Shak for 31 years and always remembering everyone’s names and favorite orders.

Why We Need Your Help: Over the years, the Snak Shak has seen a lot of use, and it’s showing its age. In order to stay open, the Snak Shak needs some major work:

Great news! The renovation is moving forward smoothly. The current building has been lifted, and the floor is now level. Soon, new footings and support beams will be installed. We’re in need of materials like 2x4s, 2x6s, drywall, screws, and other supplies to keep the momentum going. The layout is with the inspector, who will design an interior plan that meets code.

Thanks to a generous donation from a local community member, the exterior will receive a tin finish with labor included. There’s still a lot to do, but we’re confident the project is achievable with the help of our outstanding community.
